The latest leak suggests that the fourth-generation iPhone SE might be getting the same design as iPhone XR.

Now we all know Apple is at the edge of the iPhone 14 launch as it announced the “Far Out” event for September 7, and, at the same time, further leaks for the next iPhone SE also started arriving.

iPhone SE Fourth Generation Leaks Suggesting Same Design as iPhone XR

Next iPhone SE Might Look Like iPhone XR

This leak comes from a well-known leaker, Jon Prosser, whose sources are reliable, as we have seen in his past leaks, and he was the first to leak purple iPhone 14 renders.

Prosser cites this leak in the latest episode of the “Geared Up podcast with Andru Edwards and Jon Rettinger,” and with the designing details, he also expressed some other expected details.

Prosser’s exact statement says, “The SE 4, from what I understand – and I don’t think I’ve said this publicly – is just the ‌iPhone‌ XR”. This detail seems genuine if we look at Apple’s past process.

Apple launched the first iPhone SE in 2017, intending to revive the home button with the iPhone 7 design because, in the same year, it also launched iPhone 8 with a new buttonless design.

And now Apple has gone so far in design for iPhone main series, but iPhone XR was the last iPhone with a single camera on its back, and it was also more popular than iPhone 8.

So with that, we can expect Apple to make the fourth generation of the iPhone SE look like iPhone XR in terms of cameradisplay, etc.

Besides, with the iPhone XR design, it could have a 12MP rear camera, a 6.1-inch display with Face ID and IP67 water and dust resistance.

Availability

The fourth generation iPhone SE is expected to be launched in the third month of the next year as the company always launches the SE series iPhones in the last 10 days of March.
