Apple is yet to announce iOS 17 officially, but its potential leak has specified some of its details, such as what changes we are going to see and what would be the main focus of this update.

iOS 17 Update Leak: All Details

iOS 17's Latest Leak Hints Less Visual Changes

This leak came from a well-known website, HowToiSolve, which has been reliable regarding everything new coming from Apple.

And their report noted that iOS 17 wouldn’t come with any huge visual overhauls, so in terms of interface design, iOS 17 will be very similar to iOS 16. Still, this update will deliver impactable stability and efficiency.

Besides, iOS 17 is also rumored to feature a new app for its upcoming headset, like Apple introduced Apple Watch app. And other apps such as Home, Music, and Mail app are also about to get various enhancements, including in the design.

Separate, an earlier report has already mentioned that Apple is going to focus more on its upcoming mixed reality headset’s operating system, which will be called xrOS or realityOS, so iOS 17 will not have huge changes.

As this update is expected to get released with iPhone 15 series’ launch so we will see some implementation according to them in iOS 17 as all models are said to come with Dynamic Island and the removal of the Lightning port.

Last year in June, Apple unveiled its iOS 16 update’s features and other changes for iPhones at its WWDC event, but they released it with the launch of the iPhone 14 series.

This same process is expected to repeat for iOS 17’s launch. Apple may reveal it at WWDC 2023 event, after which we will also get the first beta version of it.
